LADIES HOW TO GET YOUR BODY FIT
Its that time of the year when all women want to get their body right for the spring/summer time. Gyms are filling up with women "attempting" to get their perfect beach body. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and every time I'm there, there are more females than males. why? because females complain more about their body and their appearance. So I decided to put together a list of tips for women that are interested in getting their body right, getting that "FLAT" stomach and having that nice toned up booty.
FIVE TIPS
1. Eating right and healthy. Do you always wonder why you work-out so much, do sit ups and still can't get that flat stomach, and still have that tummy jelly? Well pay attention to what you eat. Consuming a lot of carbos, fattening food and unhealthy food will cause this to happen. Carbos store up over time in your stomach and will cause you to have that "tummy jelly". Consider going on a diet meaning, eat more veggies, more protein (example: seafood, steak, grilled or baked chicken, salad, fruits and etc), try not to eat a heavy meal past a certain time. Yes you can have a healthy mid-night snack. Dont take this as "Starving yourself" Just eat right!
2. Weekly Gym Visit. Have a plan to go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week. A monthly gym pass is only $10 - $20 a month at most gyms. This wont kill you at all. If you have to save money, have a "GYM MONTHLY PAYMENT" Jar, and put a dollar in there everyday.
3. Motivation. Be motivated, don't just complain about your body and not do anything about it. If you want to get get your body right, be motivated, find something that will have you thinking damn I have to work out or eat right. Even if you have to get a gym partner or someone to motivate you, DO IT. Don't go with one of your "girlfriend" that one day or week you guys go and then the next week you are both slacking. Find someone that is motivated to be in the gym with you every time even when you say "no" or "I'll go another time".
4. Workout plan: Don't just go to the gym to look cute and run for 20 minutes and call it quits, have a scheduled workout plan. Every day should be a different type of workout. One day you'll work on a certain part of your body. Run at least 2 - 3 times a week. Begin at your own pace and gradually work your way up. "Power walk, then jog, then run". FYI: This will help you lose that "tummy jelly" and tone up your caves and "booty" a bit more.
5. WANT TO HAVE THAT NICE BOOTY? Run, Squat, Leg workouts are just a few things you can do to get this to happen.
overall, eat healthy, be motivated, have a workout plan and I promise you, you'll have that beach body by the summer time.

I'm glad u posted this bc most women I know or have seen or heard talk about losing weight, say they're going to hit the gym & hardly do. This is very informative & hopefully women put these tips to great use!
